What data we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address and the content of your message. The form is currently not active and sends no data; this applies from the moment sending is enabled.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the form data to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote or contract. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and our legitimate interest in the security and delivery of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months from the last contact, unless a regulation requires otherwise. Technical server logs are kept briefly, as a rule up to 30 days.
Recipients
Hosting and distribution of the site is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare may process technical data, for example the IP address and request time, for delivery and security. Details are in the Cloudflare privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the safeguards in the Cloudflare data processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to kontakt@smartforge.hr.
