1. Full refund (100%)
A full refund of the paid advance is possible within 48 hours of payment if work on the project has not started and no specification has been agreed.
2. Partial refund (pro-rata)
After 48 hours the refund is calculated as:
Refund = amount paid − (hours worked × 60 €/h)
Example: the client paid 2.000 € and cancelled after 5 hours of work. Refund = 2.000 € − (5 × 60 €) = 1.700 €.
3. No refund
- The project is completed and delivered and the client had a 3-day review period.
- The client requests changes outside the original scope; additional requests are charged.
- The client does not respond for 7 days or more, so the project is considered abandoned.
4. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer (a natural person) and the contract was concluded at a distance, the statutory right to withdraw from the contract under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act is not limited by this policy. The statutory period and conditions apply independently of this policy.
